Wednesday Workout for September 11
In this day and age 25 cents cannot buy you very much. A slew of quarters on the other hand can buy you high levels of fitness! So invest in yourself this week and come to Workout Wednesday at Mill City Running at 6pm.
“Quarters” are a term for 400 meter repeats which will be doing Wednesday night on Boom Island. If you attended our last workout at Boom Island you will remember that we ran around old shoes on a poorly laid out course. This week we’ll have cones and the course will be accurate!
The 3 workouts
- Warrior 1- 6×400 meters with 2 min. rest
- Warrior 2- 8×400 meters with 2 min. rest
- Warrior 3- 10×400 meters with 2 min. rest

When and Where
We will meet at Mill City Running (411 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis) at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 11. We’ll have water, but feel free to bring your own.
